As per my own experience I don’t think spot reduction is possible in body. When you go on strict diet plan and daily exercise then it will impact on your each and every part of body like love handles, belly, arms, thighs, hips, face etc. If you want to target your belly fat, you have to lessen your calorie intake while doing high intensity core workouts. A diet and workout plan that’s in sync will help reduce your body fat percentage.
It is impossible to target fats, you have to do an all-rounder then work on specifics later. If you want your belly to get smaller and the rest to remain the same size, you’re going to want to lose fat overall and then gain muscle in the areas you want the size to remain. If you want to get a butt you might want to look into different types of squats, hip thrusts, lunges, bridges – there’s a routine called strong curves that could potentially help you get the body it sounds like you want.
