Although, the actual calories aren’t there, it’s still gonna make you crave food just like regular soda does, and it does have some risks like heart disease, diabetes, screwed up metabolism etc. So it’s not really a healthy alternative, but I guess it could be considered a first step if you’re one of those people who gets a lot of their daily calorie surplus from soda. Ultimately your goal should be drinking mostly water. Trust me, soda addiction is hard to break. But I wish you best of luck

Coke Zero sugar does not add nutritional value to your diet, and the long-term effects of drinking diet sodas are still unclear. If you want to reduce your sugar or regular soda intake, opt for healthier, low-sugar drinks like herbal tea, fruit-infused water, and black coffee — and leave Coke Zero sugar on the shelf. Although these low-calorie sodas are preferable to classic Coca-Cola when it comes to health, they are still not considered “healthy” by nutritionists. With lots of artificial sweeteners and no nutritional value, Diet Coke and Coke Zero shouldn’t be considered weight loss tools.
