Buying views doesn’t pay off in the end because they are not real views. They are just people paid to click on your video (sometimes not even people). They are not watching it and they are not sharing it or telling their friends about your channel. Growing your channel, especially in the beginning, takes some time and you need to be patient and keep making content. Check your analytics tab regularity to see which videos were viewed more and how long the average view time is. That way you can always analyse what your audience likes and build on that.
In my opinion, buying views would not be healthy for your Youtube channel. You might want to look into growing your Youtube channel through different hacks and techniques.
