Is it possible for someone’s soulmate to be a pet? Is that some weird stuff?

I think that depends on your definition of soul mate. Personally, soul mate just means someone you are meant to be with in any way. I don’t really see why a pet can’t be your soul mate, since I believe you can have multiple soul mates and some people are really close to their pets. Some people consider their pets as best friends or even family. So overall it depends on what you think a soul mate is.
It’s not not unlikely that pets can be humans’ soulmates. My cat was 19 when he passed, I had him mostly my whole life at that point and it wasn’t enough time. He was different. Like he’d look at me and he was just very knowing. Like I didn’t have to talk but we communicated and he knew when I was sad. I know this sounds crazy because to some people he was just a cat. But he was so special to me. I loved him and I won’t ever forget him that’s for sure.
