If you sleep for less than seven hours a night, specifically when you are a teenager, it can give you brain damege that will last forever, you will have a shorter attention span and be less intelligent than other people. If you maintain the lack of sleep, then the body will continue to skip repairs that is needed by your body, until you one day diagnosed with certain organ failing, or certain sickness. Of course, there are exceptions.
First, you’ll get fatigue. Then, you’ll get mood and attitude changes that can affect your relationship with others. You might find that it takes longer to recover from minor ailments and you get noticeably hurt more easily. If your body is unable to recover from the daily stress for too long, your vital organs may stop functioning properly. Eventually, you could die from a number of conditions or other day-to-day things, like car crashes.
