Even with the minor drops and rises, BTC has been able to do at least 63k this year, it is suggested by algorithms that bitcoin would be at 80k by the end of September/October, meaning 100k this year is possible. Bitcoin will hit 100k very soon if it continues with the same performance and interest in it grows by a big margin from more and more people going to exchanges like Coinbase
There is a chance that Bitcoin doesn’t recover from Musk spreading awareness over the energy issue and never breaks $100,000. In recent years, climate change has become the biggest narrative and the biggest focus of governments for the next 10 years in the developed world. However, we’ve seen Bitcoin overcome similar challenges as well, so this battle isn’t done yet. Yet, the majority of crypto investors probably think Bitcoin’s energy usage is an issue and Bitcoin now needs to convince the majority to break $100,000.
