It can get difficult getting pregnant while in menopause. Menopause comes around when a woman has not had her period for a period of 12months. As menopause comes around, the estrogen level begins to fall and fertility is highly reduced. However, it is not impossible to get pregnant during menopause but mostly through the use of IVF treatment.
There are women who wish to get pregnant while they’re already in their menopause. While getting pregnant naturally may be a bit difficult at this stage because during menopause, the ovaries stop producing eggs. It I still very much possible to get pregnant through procedures other than the natural method. A very effective and known method is the IVF treatment.
