The whole purpose of vasectomy is to prevent pregnancy. So if your partner followed doctors orders and got appropriate testing to ensure a zero sperm count after the procedure, then the answer is no. Unless the vasectomy went totally wrong and did not get completed properly by medical personnel, if not you cannot get pregnant.
The short answer is no. When a man undergoes vasectomy, it’s quite impossible for him to be able to impregnate a woman after. Vasectomy is minor surgery to block sperm from reaching the semen that is ejaculated from the penis. Semen still exists, but it has no sperm in it. I this very I likely for a vasectomy to fail.
