From what I can tell bubblers have the same kind of mouth piece as a pipe and bongs are bongs, so main difference is how you hit it mostly, bongs are usually bigger and more powerful, bubblers do wonders over pipes smoothness-wise🤷🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️
