Which is why azure and faster to learn between right-handed cars and left-handed cars?
My own opinion is that left had drive is more safe because most people are right handed and the gearshift controls are situated on the right of the steering wheel in a left hand drive vehicle. Driving a left handed car allows the driver have a better view of the road.
It pretty much depends on where you are. In the UK and other left hand driving countries, it is much safer to drive on the left. In right hand driving countries like the US, it would be much safer to drive on the right. I don’t think there really is much of a difference safety wise. If you’re used to driving on one side of the road, that side is probably safer for you to drive on as that is what you are used to. But other than that I don’t see anything that would make one side of the road safer to drive on than the other, as long as the traffic rules and cars have been adopted to whatever side of the road people drive on.
