Narcs have every emotional capability everyone else has, they just refuse to experience the vulnerable emotions- they use anger to shut you down if you shame them, they are too haughty and entitled to allow the feelings to linger- they go to rage or silence. They also love differently than healthy people- They always come first, and everyone is there for their convenience, and as long as an individual provides what they want from them, they love you. If you stop, their love stops. They are aware of what they are doing, they just don’t care if it hurts others or not. Some are dark and sadistic, capable of murder, they can be really dangerous.
I believe narcissists are in fact very emotional, but they can appear very cold and sometime emotionless, as the reflection of those coldness and numbness come from lack of empathy toward others. Narcissist are in fact very extreme with their emotions just not necessary they express it, but rarely those emotions are loving, kind or caring etc. However they can act, but they always have hidden agendas, something to serve theirs goal or some dopamine rush they seek to experiences.
