Is apetamine a good drug that enhances weight gain? Can I get it without a doctor’s recommendation?

I tried it and didn’t notice any increase in appetite or desire to eat more during the meals that I did eat. However, I wasn’t working out consistently when I tried it. I was just very depressed and trying to force myself to eat three meals a day. So, maybe the timing was bad for me to try it out. But I’ve never seen anyone it worked for anyway.
Stop clowning… no drug will outrightly make you add some weight just like that. I am definitely sure there ain’t no drug as such. To aid, maybe yes. Weight gain supplements are used to aid weight gain, to enhance. You have to do the work, then the supplement comes into play. You cannot not eat well and healthy and expect supplements to work, it’s not magic or rocket science.
