When you’re trying to go meatless, it is important to note that there are two types; vegetarian – vegetarians only avoid eating meat, they eat other animal products. There is vegan, vegans avoid everything animal based- meat, eggs, dairy products. If you’re going to be a vegetarian, you still have a lot of options to go with without having to eat meat. You will have a lot of plant based proteins and plant based meats included in your new dietary.
Vegetarians and vegans’ alternatives to meat are really no brainer and not something that should be hard to crack- plant-based meat. There are companies that are specialized in the production of plant-based meat/chicken such that the meat gap is filled. Other than that, going vegan means you’re going to be extra heavy on fruits and vegetables, a lot of it. The plant-based meat is made with ingredients that makes it not only healthy for the body, but also healthy for the environment.
