Over eating, smoking, drinking, drug use, high level of sun damage, eating unhealthy, not exercising, not drinking water regularly, frowning, not doing things that make you happy and give you pleasure, entrapping pain, holding a grudge, unreleased tension, sadness, unreleased pent up anger, not moisturizing your skin or showering, stressing a lot, not getting enough sleep. All of these contribute to faster aging.
There are many factors that contribute to faster aging in people; there is stress, if you are often stressed out, you get worn out easily and start looking way older than your age. Stress can really make us age faster. Another factor is excessive drinking, especially sugary drinks. It causes cell-damaging free radicals. Alcohol also robs the body of vitamin A. Fried foods! Your onion rings, french fries, fried chicken, and deep-fried Oreos not only cause damage to our waistlines but to our organs and insides as well. Accumulated toxins from foods and drinks can build up in your bloodstream or be stored in your body fat, where they can wreak havoc on your health later by disrupting hormone signaling and causing inflammation. Many of those toxins come from pesticides and hormones that are rampant in conventional produce and animal products. Choose organic fruits and vegetables and hormone-free meat to minimize exposure to toxins that accelerate aging.
