Yes, if you follow the “calorie in calorie out” principle, survival is possible but practically it seems a improbability as this diet will lack in sufficient amount of protein which is responsible for repair, rejuvenation and several other body functions. Several spiritually oriented people who work towards a higher ideal in life and in process of self actualization do use a lot of vegetables and fruits but for the protein component they add dairy products like milk, youghurt or lentils. You need protein in there for a balanced disease free life.

Bitcoin is already the best performing asset this year. Many governments across the world have taken steps towards adopting cryptocurrencies as a whole, with many European governments officially giving BTC a legal status in their currency system. If the present conditions are any indicators, the future of BTC is bright. Another good reason to invest in BTC right now is the monetary policies taken by the various central governments to maintain liquidity in the markets, from stimulus packages. While it is a necessary move to keep economies from crashing completely, it does increase inflationary pressure on the fiat currencies, making inflation-proof assets like Bitcoin, even more valuable. That being said, Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general, are still volatile assets, making it next to impossible to predict their values. Make sure to read up and understand the market risks before investing in Bitcoin, or any other asset for that matter.

Long-term sleep deprivation is usually accompanied by other forms of stress, and that tends to cause a variety of problems. Chronic stress causes chronically elevated cortisol, and that in turn causes the hippocampus in the brain to shrink. That can ultimately lead to depression and contribute to PTSD. However, this is more a harmful reshaping of the brain, it is not stark brain damage. Having a stroke causes brain damage. Hitting your head during a car accident can cause brain damage. Chronic alcoholism causes brain damage. Long-term sleep deprivation causes indirect brain harm. It absolutely will not paralyze your left hand, or erase your memories of the past 10 years, or give you epilepsy.

Iron deficiency occurs when the body doesn’t have enough of the mineral iron. This leads to abnormally low levels of red blood cells.
That’s because iron is needed to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that enables them to carry oxygen around the body. If your body doesn’t have enough hemoglobin, your tissues and muscles won’t get enough oxygen and be able to work effectively. This leads to a condition called anemia. Although there are different types of anemia, iron-deficiency anemia is the most common worldwide. Common causes of iron deficiency include inadequate iron intake due to poor diet or restrictive diets, inflammatory bowel disease, increased requirements during pregnancy and blood loss through heavy periods or internal bleeding.
