It depends on your time of being comfortable with the person you are getting married to. Because marriage is not just about living with each other but how comfortable you are to discuss anything in terms of financial planning, family planning, sharing your thoughts, understanding each other’s thoughts, even some bizarre things that you can share with only that person. It can take 2 months, 6 months, 1 year but if you are struggling with coping with each other than you both are not meant for each other. In the case of arranged marriages, take at least 1 year of time because it takes courage to plan your plan with a completely stranger person. Because apart from love, it’s very important to make the other person comfortable with your thoughts, family and your lifestyle. Adjustments required from both the side, it should be one-sided, to maintain this you have spent the time to understand each other.
