The issue is what sound proofing can solve, but the simplest thing is just to fill the room up with furniture and soft surfaces. Put a rug on the floor, bookshelves along the walls. Give the sound more things to bounce off of and they won’t bounce straight back producing an echo.

Try and get someone to look after you until it’s over. Also, you may want to stop ingesting anything serious, apart from fruits and water. You’ve got to stay hydrated even though you may not feel like it. Eating lots of fruits will help you detox your stomach and flush out the poisoning bacteria.

Not telling will blatantly come out to stop its believers from getting the covid vaccine. Only individuals can make that decision on their irrespective of their belief system. I’m not a Christian and I guess they can decide what they believe on their own, but it certainly doesn’t say “thou shalt not get a Covid vaccine” anywhere in the Bible. If you’re from a sect that doesn’t use modern medicine or something then you can make a case, but if you’ve had your polio vaccine and have ibuprofen in your medicine cabinet, then it’s a little late in the game to pretend that not getting a Covid vaccine is part of your faith tradition.
