There’s really nothing much you can do, to be honest. You definitely will need to stay near a toilet. Wash your hands constantly with soap and try and stay hydrated. Try and get someone to look after you until it’s over. Also, you may want to stop ingesting anything serious, apart from fruits and water. You’ve got to stay hydrated even though you may not feel like it. Eating lots of fruits will help you detox your stomach and flush out the poisoning bacteria.
To treat food poisoning at home, our water to boil on low heat, break your garlic inside and allow to boil very well. Once you’re satisfied, allow the water cool down then you drink it. An alternative to that is to eat the garlic raw just like that. A lot of people don’t like this option cos of the smell, that is why the water boiling is a whole lot better option.
