That’s really up to the individuals involved. But to answer your question, I’d say, at least a year. You really need to get to know each other before taking a big step like marriage because love is not enough. It takes patience, lots of it, understanding you are two different people now living with eachother and have your own way of doing things. That you are going to fight and hate eachother but you work it through and not bail. That there always will be temptation but you vowed to love one person for the rest of your life.

I do not have experience with cannabis, only with cigarettes. Tobacco contains nicotine. Intake of nicotine causes over secretion of acetylcholine which is responsible for increased heart rate, high blood pressure and over stimulation of sweat glands which makes people sweat more than normal. When you’ve smoked too many cigarettes or overload your body with nicotine you’re in essence poisoning yourself with nicotine. So that feeling your getting is the beginning stages of nicotine poisoning. It’s nothing serious but it does mean you should cut back on how much you’re smoking, it means you’re overloading your body with nicotine and if you do over do it it could cause a stroke.
