Laughter helps reduce anxiety. Go off the grid. Leave your smart phone at home for a day and disconnect from constant emails, alerts, and other interruptions. Spend time doing something fun with someone face-to-face.watch the friends you make and pay attention to the kind of folks you allow in to your space. They have use influence on what your says the condition of your mental health.
