I honestly don’t know why this isn’t getting good upvotes because we all need this. I was once like your friend few years ago, until I realize what self love means. Self love is a very important thing. I mean, if you don’t love yourself who will? There is healthy selfishness and there is unhealthy selfishness, as much as you want to put yourself first, know that there are times you’d be required to put others first. Be good to yourself, always. How you treat yourself determines how others will treat you, the way you treat yourself shows how vulnerable you are. You need to know you are the most important person in your life and your happiness matters the most for you. Do good for people even if they don’t return it back but don’t be good to people who use you just for their own advantage. People today are way too selfish who can’t see the efforts one puts selflessly for the happiness of others. You don’t even need to let such people be around you. Know your worth, how your happiness matters the most for you in the end and why you should kick selfish people out of your life. Start living for yourself as well. Stay away from the people who poison your life. Such people don’t deserve hatred even, they deserve ignorance. Love yourself and your self respect and, stop being vulnerable. Being good to yourself is equally important.

Smoking also plays a vital and detrimental role when it comes to the health of facial skin. Vitamin C levels in smokers are notably depleted in comparison to people who do not smoke. Lower vitamin C levels can result in a thinning of the layers of skin, a reduction of collagen and elastin, along with a decrease in muscle tone. Smoking causes the skin to sag and get old untimely.
