Oral supplements are available in powder, ampoule, or capsule form. They complement the diet by adding nutrients or other substances: plants, minerals (vitamin C, magnesium, etc.), antioxidants, trace elements, amino acids, fatty acids, active ingredients, etc. Alone or in combination, the components help meet specific needs and deficiencies or act on particular problems. They provide a health benefit that plays a significant role in our outward appearance. Some supplements work to fight stress, improve immune defense, prepare skin for the sun, etc. I would recommend supplements with anti-aging properties such as vitamin D & E, zinc, vitamin C, and collagen. Collagen is the protein that’s responsible for skin elasticity. Unfortunately, there aren’t vegan or vegetarian alternatives to collagen. The only real collagen is from animal sources. If you decide to try taking collagen, I would recommend you take it orally because the skin can’t absorb the protein when applied topically.

All ingredients have beneficial antioxidants, also while washing it off in circular motion the turmeric is an exfoliant. Your skin is soft and radiant after use. I also add a tsp spoon of thickening powder so it dries while on, but that’s optional. So put your feet up for 15 mins and rinse with cool water. Squeeze some lemon juice onto a cotton pad and apply to the face leave it on for 5mins and rinse again. Tone and moisturize as usual.

It depends on the job requirements and the person or the company hiring. Older people pros: reliability, consistency, already trained and work ethic. Older people cons: higher salary, family demands and higher medical costs. Younger people pros: innovation, enthusiasm and updated education and, since they are starting out, you can pay them less. Younger people cons: tend to switch jobs more, less company loyalty and a sense that they are entitled. So, if you are trying to fill a position that is complex, but has standard set of rules you would look for an older person. If you are trying to fill a position that requires innovation and creativity, such as advertising, web design, you would look for a younger person.
