      You might be ignoring hunger feelings from your body. If you are eating a lot but still losing weight then you have to see a doctor. If you have just got into the habit of not eating enough try to start eating regular filling meals and try and revive your hunger feelings and eat when you are hungry.Read more

      You might be ignoring hunger feelings from your body. If you are eating a lot but still losing weight then you have to see a doctor.
      If you have just got into the habit of not eating enough try to start eating regular filling meals and try and revive your hunger feelings and eat when you are hungry. Protein intake is highly important. Stress and trauma are also capable of shrinking you facially, I’ve been there. I looked so totally different from who I was. Cut down your stress and take care of yourself better.

It means that you respect yourself – you keep yourself mentally and physically healthy. Putting yourself first means not giving in to bullies, not being manipulated by others. After all, it is at least as immoral to allow yourself to be a victim as it is to inflict pain on others. Have a strong sense of self. Value your own life and well-being. Always take the time to maintain your health, confidence, and mental strength. Only a strong person is in a good position to help others and contribute substantially to the world.
