When they are awake, a moment before that astral body comes back to physical body. Falling off a cliff feeling is actually astral body coming back to physical plane all of a sudden, hence the experience. Now since our brain isn’t upgraded enough we don’t register any of this. When people start meditation and when they do transmutation of energy , brain upgrades. It’s actually kundalini energy which upgrades the brain, but path to that is made by transmutation of sex energy. Semen retention in principle is nothing but preservation of sexual energy so it can be transmitted and used to upgrade the brain. That’s when they start remembering things and it’s called deja vu. Also not every thing that happens in astral world get physicalized. Now if deja vu happens to you, you must have upgraded your brain a little bit in some of previous lifetime and that’s how your brain is registering it.

Also apple seeds are covered with harmless and insoluble cellulose, so any accidentally swallowed will simply simply pass through,they would need to be chewed to release the potentially harmful substance. The kernels of apricot, cherry, peach and plum stones aremore likely to be harmful. but then again only if eaten in quantity.
