You can use a few tricks to add calories to your diet. The idea shouldn’t be to shovel more food into your mouth – but to consistently live in a caloric surplus. Your diet, just like your workout, needs to be sustainable. You can’t workout 7 days a week, and you can’t eat 6 cups of brown rice in a single sitting. have protein shakes with whole milk instead of water. Cook butter into all of your food. Making rice? Add some butter. Getting your veggies in? Toss in some butter. Eat more meals. eating 6 cups of brown rice in a single sitting is hardly sustainable. Instead, break up your meals into snacks throughout the day. Ensure that you get a big breakfast, then add snack-meals throughout the day.
