There are many factors that contribute to faster aging in people; there is stress, if you are often stressed out, you get worn out easily and start looking way older than your age. Stress can really make us age faster. Another factor is excessive drinking, especially sugary drinks. It causes cell-damaging free radicals. Alcohol also robs the body of vitamin A. Fried foods! Your onion rings, french fries, fried chicken, and deep-fried Oreos not only cause damage to our waistlines but to our organs and insides as well. Accumulated toxins from foods and drinks can build up in your bloodstream or be stored in your body fat, where they can wreak havoc on your health later by disrupting hormone signaling and causing inflammation. Many of those toxins come from pesticides and hormones that are rampant in conventional produce and animal products. Choose organic fruits and vegetables and hormone-free meat to minimize exposure to toxins that accelerate aging.

You honestly do not have to do much, just be yourself! A date is to find out how compatible you are by enjoying each others company. You impressed him already since he asked you out. If you both have a good time and some laughs, for sure you will have made a strong enough impression on him to ask you out on more dates. If its the right person, everything will feel quite natural. Don’t try to fake it and be someone or something you’re not, because it will come out later. And remember, your date is probably nervous about your first impression of them as well, so try to lighten the mood and make each other feel comfortable. If it doesn’t work out, that’s fine. He wasn’t for you.

The major cause is your choice of diet, when you eat foods and drink beverages that have high levels of added sugars your dental plaque adjusts to the level of sugar you eat and cavity-causing bacteria take over. When you eat sugars, so do your cavity-causing bacteria and they produce an acid by-product as a result of metabolizing added sugars. The more often you eat sugars, the more acid attracts on your teeth and the bacteria and their acids get beneath the enamel surface and start to grow in two directions: towards the nerve and towards the surface. Brushing, flossing, fluoride and dental sealants lower your risk for decay but cannot completely overcome the risk for decay if your diet puts you at risk.
