Would you rather be buried in the ground and rot or would you rather help a blind man see, or a dying man give another chance to live? Islam should have nothing to do with the answer to the above question. Quran does not talk about organ donation. Hadiths do not talk about organ donation. The obvious reason being, it was not a practice at that time. So clearly there is no prohibition directly against organ donation in the scriptures. Although, some are against it all due to the notion that their body may not be complete on judgement day.

There is absolutely no reason to deduct the pay of a salary earner just because they were to work, so far they still performed the job functions expected of them. Where i worked during my college years, good behaviour was rewarded. Reward the behavior you want rather than punishing the behavior you don’t want. You’ll encourage that behavior when people see a benefit. Look for ways to incentivize the behavior you want. You’ll be seen as a great boss rather than a grump. If you still don’t get the behavior you want, fire them and get some new people.

However eating egg yolk or egg white, both can meet up your protein requirement. Apart from protein egg white is a good source of potassium and egg yolk is a high in cholesterol and vitamin A and D. Due to the cholesterol content in egg yolk, one should take care of the quantity. If you want to eat the whole egg, do not exceed the number to more than 4 per week. Otherwise, you can opt only for egg whites.

This stick is pretty slick! Very easy to use. You don't have to gob your fingers with Vaseline, you just slide it on your skin. My daughter took it over as her own and loves using it. Super easy to open and twist. The only downfall I guess would be if you are weird about sharing stuff for germs, like I am, then it’s not a shareable item. But overall, very impressed and satisfied with this stick.
