      Am I the only one who would never trust an ex? I can still have feelings and date them. But to give my trust again to the person who left me out of the blue? No and never will. No matter how much in love I am. Once trust is broken, is gone and forever. I don’t have to hate you or dislike you, but the trust is broken and never coming back. I can’t imagine spending a lot of time and energy into getting over an ex just for them to come back after a very long time.

Please don’t give your dog milk that is not from it’s mother, unless you want a severely upset puppy.

      Different things work for different people, and you just have to figure out what works for you. What has worked for me is recognizing when I’m going into a depressive loop. I start with cutting sugar, cold water swimming in the morning, force my self to do 30min of cardio, and get sleep. Of course when you get depressed you don’t have the motivation to do all that so I have to wait until I tired of feeling like shit.
