Smoking in the workplace is quite a controversial topic and one that can be argued extensively. On one side, smokers should have the right to smoke while at work but on the other, non-smokers should not have their health put at risk because of it. I don’t think women should stay at home to raise the kids. A father can do that too. I believe that there should be a parent at home and any parent can work. I’ve seen children being raised by nannies and babysitters of all sorts. In my opinion, a parent should stay at home to take care of the children while one parent works. I’ve seen a lot of troubled adults that blame their parents for not being with them in the most formative years. Every family is different. As a woman, work if you want to or need to but never forget that your time spent with the children will make a big difference in their lives as well as yours. I’m not the type of person who believes strictly that women should stay home to take care of the children. However I firmly believe that the more time spent with a child the better the relationship between parents and children.
