There are so many possibilities as to why a wish can seem to be granted that it makes no sense to conclude that some supernatural supreme being granted that wish. It’s also a very bad idea to suggest that prayers are answered as that leads to feelings of rejection and self-doubt in those whose prayers are not answered. Suppose someone prays for a relative to be cured of an illness and that relative recovers. How does that make someone feel who prayed for their relative and nothing happened?

As far as feeling better – you’ll have to try and see! I think it’s good to periodically decrease or stop activity on social media just to keep some balance in your life. It’s great to have these sites for resources but they shouldn’t consume all your time and be your only source of connection with the world. You should not go to any extreme in life. Maintain a balance in your life be it social media or fun. Half an hour daily is sufficient to check notifications, view others posts and comment or like them. So why to delete a thing that you can use positively as well by working on it objectively.
