Cold hearted VS Psychopath
For whatever reasons, you do not have the same levels of empathy that society seems to demand. That's fine, as long as it doesn't show too much in your professional/personal relationships. And IMHO, the mere feeling does nothing to help, unless it actually moves the person to offer some real help. SRead more

And IMHO, the mere feeling does nothing to help, unless it actually moves the person to offer some real help. So if you’re still feeling inadequate, go donate some money, help out in nearby charities, volunteer for a hotline, etc. That would be more useful to society instead of wallowing in guilt.

I'd suggest adding flax to oats, lactation cookies made with flax and Brewers yeast, a dark beer every once in awhile and finally Gatorade. When I started drinking Gatorade my supply went gangbusters. Best of luck! It does get easier.
