      You should listen to music everyday. It can be classics or just a slow and calming melody, which will help you to relax and feel good.
      Be sure of your uniqueness, only then you’ll find your place in this world. Start focusing on the things you can control and do something about them. Those who complain the most accomplish the least. And when you spend time worrying, you’re simply using your imagination to create things you don’t want. It’s usually only as good or bad as you think it is.

      Living with bipolar is like living in hell, one ah you’re awake with so much self love. Another time, you hate yourself a much you don’t know why. I wouldn’t wish that up my enemies. It’s a living hell. I hate it. I have wrecked my credit and relationships in the process. Some experiences are while on a high, like deciding I wanted to live in Europe so I quit my nice job and hopped a plane. There I stayed broke and depressed until my family helped me come home. Fortunately I had a friend who let me couch surf until I found a job and a apartment. Now I live with the constant worry of what will happen to me if my wife dies before me. Bipolar is a cycle of ups and downs and the constant thought of just giving up. There are times I have attempted suicide. One day I know I’ll get it right.
