It’s a living hell. I hate it. I have wrecked my credit and relationships in the process. Some experiences are while on a high, like deciding I wanted to live in Europe so I quit my nice job and hopped a plane. There I stayed broke and depressed until my family helped me come home. Fortunately I had a friend who let me couch surf until I found a job and a apartment. Now I live with the constant worry of what will happen to me if my wife dies before me. Bipolar is a cycle of ups and downs and the constant thought of just giving up. There are times I have attempted suicide. One day I know I’ll get it right.
