      I’d like that you ask yourself these questions;
      Are you finding satisfaction in your job? Do you think you are very much relevant, such that quitting your job may affect the company in some ways? What are your odds of getting another job as good as that one or better? I’m going to answer your question from a personal view, I see this as something that can easily be worked out. If I get satisfaction from my job and I contribute to the growth of the company visibly, I wouldn’t just throw that away because it’s demanding. There is no job that isn’t demanding, some are just more demanding than others. I feel it’s something you’re can work out with your employer or whoever is in charge of the employee management. But I believe you will make the best decision for yourself. Good luck.

      Mostly, this is done to manipulate traffic, if you are putting up contents from other different locations or platforms on your website, it makes analyzing google algorithm kind of difficult. And if your website has plagiarized contents, it can be flagged down by google.

      Outbound marketing is a traditional form of marketing in which a company initiates contact with potential customers or leads. Examples of outbound marketing methods include cold-calling, cold-emailing/spamming, direct mail, billboards, event sponsorships, tradeshow presentations, advertising through TV, radio, print and online or through in-person contact. After leads are generated using these methods, it has typically been the responsibility of a company’s sales representatives to follow up and develop business relationships with those customers.
      With outbound marketing, companies cast a wide net and hope to gain customers by repeatedly imposing their messages on them without knowing whether the customers want to receive those messages. This is commonly referred to as the “spray and prays” method of marketing, where a company disrupts a person’s flow of activity in order to get his attention and promote a message.

      Absolutely! Many Korean beauty products branch out into subcategories targeted towards specific skin issues someone may have, regardless of race. I’m African American, so my skin may not fit into the standards they have in Korea but their products still do wonders for my skin! Only thing is, skin whitening creams are very common in Korea and most of their products can have those whitening agents in them. Of course, you wouldn’t want to ruin your pretty, natural skin color so just look into the products to make sure none of those bleaching ingredients are in there unless you need spot specific items for scarring or uneven pigmentation.
