Unless you realize a mistake notice and acknowledge a Mistake, you cannot avoid doing it again. Some people don’t know how to admit to mistakes, that does not help a person re-examine what happened to do better next time. Everyone makes mistakes. Identify the mistake that is being made. The key to solving any problem is to understand what the problem is in the first place. Then you start thinking of solution, you may not arrive at that one solution that will cater for the mistake immediately, just think and write out any solution you could think of. Strategize on how to implement those solutions in that thing you’re doing wrong. Use the solutions you’ve listed out and see how you progress, in your way of progress, you can still come up with better solutions that will be a permanent and major solution to that mistake you’ve been making.
