I will hire a beginner for the following reasons
1. Recalling that I was a fresher myself a few years ago
2. Recalling that the true parameter to judge one’s ability is not their working experience but their working style
3. Knowing that willingness to work, passion to make a difference and hardwork can far exceed work experience
4. If you are not sure, keep them on probation, ask for references and try them before you make your mind.
Yes, in a heartbeat. I would hire them because they are clearly in need of work and they can learn on the job. I also believe that as the job recruiter, it is my moral duty to ensure I do not impersonally become the reason this person is living on the streets because no one else was willing to hire them.
