I really do think everyone has one or two bad social habits (they’re trying to quit). For me, I like to talk, so I tend to wanna take charge of conversations. What are yours?

I really hate when a person can’t get through a meal without checking their social media, and you suddenly realize that the others at your table are doing the same thing, you’ve created a life for your social media, that it was never intended to have. Meal times are a place for social bonding, and multiple studies show that there are benefits to talking over a meal together, including shifting people’s perceptions of inequality, less problems with substance abuse, healthier eating, and better academic performance. Another very bad social habit is oversharing on social media platform, the people on these platforms literally give no shit about your life. Stop taking everything that happen to you to those platforms.
My worst social habit is trying to look at everyone mind really deeply and see how they feel.
Trying to say something important however, putting into words is hard for me. I have it in my mind however, when it comes out I might miss some key words that make it sound better.
Processing information is slower for me it feeling like I’m in foreign country. So if I look like ignoring you I’m trying to listen to everything you say and figure out how to respond it may take me little bit more time to respond. Another one is I question myself on everything I have said and whatever anyone else says. Are they truly who they say they are. Which makes me pay more attention to the actions of others.
