If your anxiety comes from you worrying about how you fit into your world, then one way that may help is by creating your anchor point. Find your “self”, Who you are, your qualities, uniqueness, and your most inner beauty. Make that your foundation, the “who you are”, and then present that to the world. Build it as strong as you can, all that you are, and all that you want to be. Walk out with your head held high, and let the world know that this is your inner “self”.
Medicine and meditation are all about finding your way back to your center. I came to the conviction that no one can heal only from the outside. Why? Because I was desperate and caught in a vicious cycle of panic disorder and related problems until that day when I completely surrendered. It was then that I overcame my decade-long panic attacks and Agoraphobia through meditation, letting go of everyone and everything that didn’t serve me well any longer, learning forgiveness towards myself and everyone/everything and re-parenting with my inner child without any conventional medication or the help of a therapist.
