Is it ever possible for the lgbtq community to get rid of stigma from the society, and by getting rid of stigma, I mean getting accepted all round.

Will the LGBTQ community ever get rid of stigma from the larger society?

Currently, the community is accepted in 25 countries. To me, I think that is even more than enough support! Who says lgbtq community so much need support from others anyway? The State of Quebec banned discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in 1977 becoming the first jurisdiction ever to do so! Canada then went on to become one of the first countries to pass an advanced set of anti-discrimination laws nationwide in the 1990s, which included allowing LGBT people to openly serve in the Canadian military.
Right now, the lgbtq community don’t even care anymore. It’s really unfair that some set of individuals who did not choose to be who they are or how they are, get t to be subjected to so much stigma and ill-talks. It’s actually the “we will be who the hell we are, with or without your support” for me. It’s really exhausting right? So, while the community may actually never receive support from the larger society, it still does not erase the fact that they are who they are and will continue to be.
