A lot of things can affect a person’s self confidence, not being appreciated, negative comments, social factors, emotional factors and even environmental factors. Even after having good skills if they have emotional fear, social anxiety or low self esteem then automatically their confidence level is affected.
A lot of times when we don’t feel confident or too sure of ourselves, it all because of we’re scared. The fear of what ifs— what if I flop, what if I don’t get it, what if it doesn’t go as planned, what if the laugh at me, what if I make an error, etc. all these can hold a person back and make them feel less confident in themself. The feeling of not being adequate or enough, the fear of the unknown.
