I don’t really have big issues, but it’s so different from when I bought it. The laptop now runs so slow, I’ve tried to check if it’s the due to full storage, but the storage is not full. How do I go about this?

Try to run an antivirus scan maybe your system is infected with malware or clean install the windows. If the above doesn’t work check out your disk usage if it is relatively higher, that means your storage device is going to die soon and you need to replace it. I also suggest taking it to a local shop. You might be surprised how much they could improve the speed of your computer.
Generally a computer’s speed is determined by its hard drive. If you need that snappy performance then just any hard disk will be slow for you. Consider getting an SSD, you will find a significant difference in performance. If you weren’t looking for that snappy performance, but still find your laptop to be slow, make sure there is no program running in the background that uses a lot of your hard disk. You can find your disk usage in task manager. Generally antivirus use a lot of hard disk. If that is the case then try disabling your antivirus during heavy workload.
