I can’t update my billing address on my iphone, why is this?
I once had this problem trying to make an online purchase and my address was correct also. After contacting support I found out on my own that after I imputed my thumbprint to Apple Pay, it started processing, then I got the notification about my billing address, I checked the form, my correct address was there but it was only asking for my Street not Address with my house number. I removed the number, left only the street name and it worked. Hope this gets you going faster than it took me to find out.
Sometimes, if your actual address doesn’t match the address you have registered wi your card, you might encounter such problem. However, if you are sure that is not the case and If your payment information is up to date and you don’t have any unpaid purchases, it’s time to address an issue with your Apple ID. One quick way to fix a minor glitch with your Apple ID is to log out and back into your account.
