No one ever stays with me. There’s this thing that chases people away from me, especially when I finally get comfortable with them. Why can’t I keep people in my life?
Actually, it is not in your place or power to do anything about it. Realize that people that will stay in your life will stay, no matter what. For that matter nobody can do anything about it. Those who are destined to stay with you will, no matter what! And those who aren’t meant to stay, well you have to let go certain things in life to make place for better ones. That’s how life is.
You cannot. If they have to stay, they will no matter what you do and if they have to leave,they will no matter what you do. People keep wanting more, and the minute you say you can’t or you need to put yourself first, they’re out the door. You can’t force anyone to stay or care about you. If they truly do, you’ll know. It has to be a two way street, and not one only giving and one only taking.
