I’ve had some experiences with ladies in “serious” and “meaningful” relationship with great guys but still see their ex secretly. Same goes for the married ones, well, not all of them— but majority of them.
That is simple to explain I guess. Very often, it’s because they have not found satisfaction in their current partner which makes it easy for their ex to access them . Or they still have feelings for each other.
I’ve had two exes that we still had something together while they were still in their respective relationships. I believe it’s the emotions that never die. Especially when what led to the separation wasn’t really the man’s fault. There are lots of reasons for this, but the reason I know of, from my personal experience, is the undying emotions.
