The presence of sulphur dioxide in some of wine products or beer causes rashness, sulphur dioxide is used to preserve alcoholic beverages it can cause this. Another cause my be due to histamine produced by bacteria in alcoholic beverages which some people can be more allergic to than others.
Lastly you might have a polymorphism in a certain gene coding for aldehyde dehydrogenase which converts alcohol to acetic acid in liver, some people have this polymorphism which leads to accumulation of alcohol in body so they experience hideous side effects like nausea, headache, stomach pain, rapid heartbeat, etc.
You can change the product you consume if no allerge then it’s due to a certain ingredient you are allergic to, if not then it may be due to this polymorphism.
