It is totally normal and healthy to feel some type of way after making a tough hard decision. There are a lot of things that we allow, not because they’re good inherently but because we enjoy doing them and whether we like it or not, these things are toxic- bad. When I decided on what program to put in for my masters degree, I felt bad because I didn’t pick what my parents would rather I picked. I picked what I felt is right for me but I felt bad I didn’t pick my parent’s choice. So far you’ve made the right decision, just relax and drink water, everything will fall into place.
That is because even after making a right decision, you mind still can’t help but reprocess if it’s the best decision for you. This happens a lot when you’re not so sure of the decision you’re making but you seem to convince yourself, it’s the better and right decision to be made. But a part of you feels you could’ve made a better choice.
