The major reasons why celebrities hide their pregnancies is because they would like to look slim and fit and not look ugly or out of shape on screen while in public. Also, they would like to protect their personal and family interests, it is not all news that should come out in limelight. Not everyone should know.
Motherhood is a very beautiful phase, and right from when a woman learns about her pregnancy, she starts preparing for that motherhood journey. As beautiful as pregnancy is, it comes with a lot of changes and challenges— especially body changes. Not all women are strong and bold enough to show of their pregnancy-changed body to the world, which is why some women hide theirs. Talking about why celebrities hide their pregnancies, because that is actually very common among female celebrities. People always have something to say about these celebs, the people I may refer to as fans. They always have something to say, and whatever makes a celebrity make anything about her public, they already invited the opinions and says from the outside world. Not many people can take in whatever ill comment people pass at them during pregnancy probably due to the weight gain or stretch marks, to avoid the comments, they simply go MIA pending the period they give birth.
