Both are horrible since the drug isn’t benign by any means. Between the two methods, IV is worse. Increased possibilities for overdose, extremely high likelihood of infection and disease transmission, and honestly, where do you go from there? Addicts will chase a higher high and once you’ve gone to IV use, the next step is the morgue.
Technically I.V. drug use is the only method that gives the user a 100% of the drugs potency. I guess a person’s reason for doing the meth would play the biggest role in its effectiveness. If you want to go out and do something with your friends then smoking it would be more sensible. If you want to get spun out then definitely shoot it. Injecting causes more of a dopamine spike than any other method of use.
