Mostly, we do not even know why the phone is overheating, which is why many of us don’t know what to do when our phone is overheating.
Whenever your phones start heating up than normal, the first thing you need to do, is to sure you close applications when you’re done with them. If not it will still be using your ram while you’re trying to do things. Reduce background task, avoid or do less gaming. Don’t use the phone while charging.
Basically, how to deal with an iPhone when overheating is basically going on lockdown until it cools down. unless you need it for an emergency situation. If phone over heats do let it sit aside without using so that it can cool off. Over heating is very unhealthy for your phone. I don’t know how android phones handle it, I’d imagine some would simply shut off.
