What type of sunscreen is suitable to use after makeup is done?
Powdered sunscreen is the kind of sunscreen you use over a makeup. I use a liquid sunscreen under my make-up then finish with a powdered one. I can reapply the powdered one during the day. My favourite is Innisfree Herbal Sun Pact, which offers SPF50. Very fine, silky powder form and comes in 3 shades – I just hit pan on mine and have another coming in the post. I think if you do a Google search, lots of good options should come up.
Clinique has a day-wear sunscreen meant to be worn with or without makeup. It’s pretty light and didn’t make my skin look or feel greasy like some other formulas do when you wear primer and foundation on top of them. I like it a lot. I usually do all my skincare steps, then sunscreen, then wait a bit before starting my makeup.
