You can go into real estate, you already have the money. If you have zero knowledge of how real estate works, you could be under tutelage for a period of time. This is help you know how the industry works and how to target great clients. You could also invest in properties, property investment is not high growth but a safe bet against inflation and will bring you in a monthly cash flow that will free up your time to pursue other activities and projects and if that light bulb moment happens and you need money to invest in a business idea you can always sell the properties if you have chosen the right area.
